and dealing with Housing Association development / site acquisition. |

This work includes associated infrastructure agreements, such as planning agreements and local authority
nomination agreements, and large-scale/multiple property mortgage security.
Jane trained at Waveney District Council, qualifying in 1999 and held various posts before becoming their Head of Property.
Jane moved to private practice in 2000 and was appointed partner in 2004, moving to GHP in 2008. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is a member of the Law Society. |
