Sally Harris and Sophie Smith are both specialists in Collaborative Law in divorce and family cases. As members of the Norfolk Collaborative Law Group, they work with other Collaborative lawyers locally to achieve dignified and workable settlements.
Collaborative Law enables a couple to resolve issues without the need for Court proceedings and so in a non-adversarial and more dignified way. Both parties retain the benefit of their own independent legal advice while also working together. This approach enables clients to retain control over issues relating to their divource, separation, finances and children and to reach a tailor-made solution for their particular situation. Maintaining a working relationship for the future is particularly important where children are involved.
