| Siân is a partner in the firm’s Housing Management and Litigation Department and has dealt with general litigation matters with a specialisation in landlord and tenant work for both providers of social housing and private landlords. |

Siân currently acts for a large number of social housing landlords across East Anglia, dealing with a wide range of housing management issues, including possession proceedings, orders for demoted tenancies, anti-social behaviour injunctions, committal proceedings and ASBOs. Siân is an experienced advocate and conducts all her own hearings, from direction hearings to trials and appeals.
Siân is an active member of Norfolk and Norwich Law Society, having been its president in 2006, and is currently Treasurer. Siân maintains close links with the Courts via the South Eastern Circuit Liaison Committee, of which she was secretary until 2009.
Siân is an active member of her Norfolk village, assists with community events and has been a parish councillor for several years. Chair of the local parish council since 2007, she has attended local government events and fostered good contacts with district councils.
Siân qualified in 1990, joining GHP in 1996 where she became a partner in 2000. |
